Join Our School Family
We'll walk you through every step — and we'd love to meet your child first. Your family deserves a place where your child will be genuinely known, not just enrolled.
How It Works
Our Enrollment Process
Getting started is straightforward, and we're here with you at each stage. Most families find the process takes only a short time — and touring the school first makes everything feel much easier.
-
Schedule a Tour
Visit our school on 320 E. Swamp Rd in Doylestown and see the classrooms, meet our long-tenured staff, and ask every question you have. Tours are the best way to feel the atmosphere before making a decision.
-
Submit a Registration Form
Complete the registration form with your child's information and program preference. Our director will follow up personally to confirm details and answer any remaining questions.
-
Receive Confirmation & Welcome
Once enrolled, you'll receive a confirmation and welcome materials from our director. We'll make sure your family has everything you need to feel confident and ready for the first day.
What to Know Before You Enroll
Enrollment Requirements
We want every child to start the year feeling comfortable and confident. These requirements exist to make sure each child's experience — and every family's transition — goes as smoothly as possible.
- Age requirement: Children must meet the minimum age for their program by September 1 for fall enrollment, or January 1 for mid-year entry.
- Toilet training: Children must be toilet trained before their start date. We work closely with families to make sure every child is comfortable and confident before their first day — if you have questions about readiness, please reach out and we'll talk it through together.
- Required forms: A completed registration form, health records, and emergency contact information are needed before enrollment is finalized.
- Registration & materials fees: Some programs include a registration fee and a materials fee. For example, certain enrichment sessions carry a $15 registration fee and a $25 materials fee.

Tuition & Frequently Asked Questions
We want you to feel fully informed and at ease before your first visit. Here are the questions families ask most often.
What are the tuition rates?
Tuition varies by program and session schedule. For the most current tuition schedule, please contact our office directly at 215.345.9775 or stop in during office hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. We're happy to walk you through the options that fit your family's schedule.
Are there additional fees beyond tuition?
Yes — some programs include a registration fee and a materials fee. For example, certain enrichment sessions carry a $15 registration fee and a $25 materials fee. Our director will detail any applicable fees when you complete the registration process so there are no surprises.
What are the age requirements for each program?
Each program has a minimum age cutoff. For fall enrollment the cutoff date is September 1; for mid-year enrollment it is January 1. When you contact us, we'll confirm which programs your child qualifies for based on their birth date.
Does my child need to be fully toilet trained?
Yes — children are asked to be toilet trained before their first day. We understand that every child develops on their own timeline, and we work closely with families to make sure each child is genuinely comfortable and confident before starting. If you have questions about readiness, please call us — this is one of the conversations we're most used to having, and we're here to help.
When can I enroll — is there a deadline?
Enrollment typically opens in the late winter or spring for the following school year, with mid-year enrollment available on a space-available basis starting January 1. We encourage families to reach out early — touring the school and getting your questions answered before you register makes the process much smoother for everyone.
What happens after I submit the registration form?
Our director will follow up with you personally to confirm enrollment, clarify any outstanding details, and send welcome materials. You'll never be left wondering what comes next — we make sure families feel informed and cared for throughout the process.
Student-to-Teacher Ratio
Every child gets individual attention, time, and the kind of care that builds real confidence.
Years of Staff Tenure
Most of our staff has been with the school ten years or more. Your child will be cared for by teachers who chose to stay.
